Dark Gluten Free Chocolate Cake is one of our best sellers among our clients who are on a gluten free diet, but it is equally popular among others as well. It is made out of four layers containing dark Belgian chocolate instead of flour. These layers are soaked in syrup, and coated with dark chocolate mousse that has no added sugar.
