At Les Gateaux de Marie, we create custom cakes for any event in NYC and Manhattan. Whether you’re planning a wedding, birthday, or special celebration, we design our custom cakes to meet your unique preferences and needs.
Ordering Information:
To ensure the highest quality, please place special orders for custom cakes 30 days or more before your scheduled event. You will need to make full payment upfront when placing your order. We understand that sometimes you may need to make changes, so we allow minor adjustments to flavors or fillings with at least 14 days’ notice before your delivery or pick-up date.
Exceptions to Order Policy:
- Wedding Cakes: These cakes require additional planning and customization.
- Last-Minute Orders: Orders placed with less than 48 hours' notice may not be accommodated.
- Intricate Designs: Cakes with detailed decorations such as sugar flowers, figurines, or 3D characters require more than 10 days' notice for our team to start working on the decoration.
This is because for some designs (such as sugar flowers, figurines or 3D characters) our team may need more than 10 days in advance to start working on the decoration of your cake. All changes must be handled and confirmed directly with a staff member of Les Gateaux de Marie, preferably by email or a form on our website.
